At MisterScent, we aim to dispatch all orders quickly and securely so you can enjoy your fragrances without delay.

Shipping Methods

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48 services, depending on order size, weight, and seasonal demand. This ensures your order is handled safely and delivered as efficiently as possible.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the Royal Mail website to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Address Accuracy & Liability

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. MisterScent cannot be held liable for parcels that are lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details (e.g. missing house/flat number, postcode errors, etc.).

If your order is returned to us for this reason, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Please note that additional postage costs may apply.
