Mister Scent Returns/Shipping Policy

At Mister Scent, we always want you to be happy with your purchase. However, due to the nature of fragrance products, some items cannot be returned. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing an order.

❌ Items We Cannot Accept for Return

Perfume Oils (all sizes): Strictly non-returnable under any circumstances (whether opened or unopened) due to strict hygiene regulations.

Car Diffusers: Non-returnable as they are a perishable product once shipped.

✅ Items Eligible for Return

50ml & 10ml Perfume Sprays: Returns are accepted only if the bottle is full or lightly tested.

Heavily used sprays will not be refunded and will be returned back to you.

Bundles & Gift Sets: Must be returned in full to qualify for a refund.

Free or Promotional Items: Non-returnable.

⏳ Return Window

All returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Any returns made outside this window will not be accepted.

🚚 Return Shipping

Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We do not currently provide prepaid return labels.

We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.

📦 How to Arrange a Return

1. Contact Us First – Please email us at misterscent@hotmail.com or WhatsApp us on 07850287714 to confirm if your order qualifies for return and to receive the correct return address.

2. Package Securely – Ensure your item is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.

3. Include Your Details – Please enclose your name, address, and order number inside the parcel.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 7 working days back to your original payment method.

Refunds will only be issued for items that meet our return conditions.

ℹ️ Important Notes

Returns sent to the wrong address without approval will not be processed.

Any non-qualifying items received will be returned back to you at your own cost.

MisterScent Shipping Policy

At MisterScent, we aim to dispatch all orders quickly and securely so you can enjoy your fragrances without delay.

Shipping Methods

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48 services, depending on order size, weight, and seasonal demand. This ensures your order is handled safely and delivered as efficiently as possible.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the Royal Mail website to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Address Accuracy & Liability

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. MisterScent cannot be held liable for parcels that are lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details (e.g. missing house/flat number, postcode errors, etc.).

If your order is returned to us for this reason, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Please note that additional postage costs may apply.
