Yes We Accept Product Returns Within 15 Days, In Exchange For A Full Refund. Returns Are Paid For At The Buyers Expense (We Do Not Provide Return Labels)

Please Send Your Returns As A Tracked Or Signed For Delivery Option To Assure The Safe Arrival Of Your Return. We Are Not Responsible For Lost Items During This Process.

We Understand Customers Will Test A Spray Or 2 Upon Receiving There Perfume, Which Is Fine, But Unfortunately We Cannot Accept Any More Than This And Anything Outside The 15 Day Return Period. As A Result Your Product/s Will Be Returned To You.

Please Note That Any Scents Purchased As Part Of A Set Or Bundle Need To Be Returned As A Set In Order To Qualify For The Refund.

Any Items Received As A Gift Or Promotion Cannot Be Returned For A Refund.

If You Wish To Make A Return For An Order Which Received A Free Item, Please Send The Free Item Back In Order To Qualify For The Refund.

 

Where Is My Refund?

Please Refer To Your Tracking Receipt To Check Your Return Has Been Delivered To Us, Please Send Us A Copy Of The Delivery Status As Proof Of Delivery. Refunds Are Usually Processed Within A Week Of Us Receiving It. We Are Not Responsible For Any Returns Lost In Transit By Your Chosen Courier During Returns Transit.
