MisterScent Returns, Refunds & Shipping Policy

At MisterScent, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Due to the nature of fragrance products, some items cannot be returned. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

🇪🇺 European Union Orders

Your Right of Withdrawal

If you are purchasing from a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by:

Logging into your customer account at https://account.misterscent.co.uk and submitting a withdrawal request; or

Contacting us by email at misterscent@hotmail.com if you are unable to access your account.

Once you have notified us, you must return the goods within 14 days.

Returns for EU Orders

MisterScent currently only supplies Perfume Oils to customers within the European Union.

✅ Unopened perfume oils may be returned within the legal withdrawal period.

❌ Perfume oils that have been opened after delivery cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost during return transit.

EU Refunds

Once we receive your returned goods (or satisfactory proof that they have been sent where applicable), we will process your refund within 14 days.

Where required by law, we will also refund the original standard delivery charge paid with your order. Premium or express delivery upgrades are not refundable.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom & Non-EU Orders

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following products are non-returnable:

Perfume Oils (all sizes)

50ml Sprays supplied in our black branded bottles and packaging

Car Diffusers

Free or promotional items

These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Items Eligible for Return

The following products may be returned within 14 days of delivery:

10ml Perfume Sprays

50ml Perfume Sprays supplied in our blue bottles

To qualify for a refund:

Bottles must be full or only lightly tested.

Products should be returned in their original packaging where possible.

Bundles and gift sets must be returned complete.

Heavily used products will not qualify for a refund and may be returned to you at your expense.

Return Shipping

Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility.

We do not provide prepaid return labels.

We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.

How to Arrange a Return

Contact us by email at misterscent@hotmail.com or WhatsApp 07850 287714 to confirm your return and obtain the correct return address.

Package your item securely to prevent damage during transit.

Include your name, address and order number inside the parcel.

Return your parcel using a tracked delivery service.

Returns sent to an incorrect address may delay processing.

UK Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Refunds will only be issued for products that meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48, depending on order size, weight and seasonal demand.

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

MisterScent cannot be held responsible for parcels that are delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional postage charges may apply.
